MICROSOFT
Challengers Welcome

In a world built on data averages, we know there’s nothing average when it comes to humans. And while most AI, Cloud and Security solutions are built on these averages, Microsoft believes that averages don’t solve for the individual—which is exactly what makes their tools unlike any other.

This mindset inspired the launch of Challengers Welcome, which proved a one-size-fits-all solutions, can’t solve one-of-a-kind challenges. This platform showed how Microsoft breaks through averages by using their breadth and depth as a strength to meet your specific needs and solve your most complex problems.

DIGITAL

Unlike typical consumer campaigns, there was no single product to showcase. Only a complex ecosystem of enterprise solutions across AI, Azure (cloud-computing), and Security. No big deal. But in reality, this is a huge deal for what it can unlock for your organization.

So instead of leading with features, the strategy shifted to what actually mattered—the people using them. Our messaging was structured around three core messaging pillars: Innovation, Trust, and Impact. Each aligned to specific business leaders’ needs and what kind of challenges their teams could tackle next.

SOCIAL

Our social approach turned the complex into conversational. We created carousels, polls, and videos that sparked dialogue, invited action, and moved ideas forward.

CUSTOMER STORIES

After working on a handful of B2B clients, you quickly find out how customer videos go down. Thankfully, this was not my first rodeo. So, we created a myth-busting content mini-series to cut through the noise, making AI feel personal, relevant, and real.

LANDING PAGES

If you ever thought I don’t love some long-form copy—you have me very mistaken. The challenge was to make sure the copy stayed pithy and prove to clients we did indeed know what we were talking about.
